Danzad Malditas

It was love at first sight! After learning the odd rudimentary step, they decided to do what they do best, they gathered a group of intrepid music explorers and immersed themselves in that rich period where the classical, the African, the popular, the European, the American, the big, the small, the divine and the human meet in perfect balance.
A repertoire to dance and listen to in which they recover, preserve and redecorate songs that you hum even if you don’t know them. The sardonic stories of Louis Prima, the danceable sermons of a young Aretha, the races against time of Nina Simone or the beauty of the small in the work of Slim Gaillard. Rarities of Italian swing or the vocalese of Eddie Jefferson.
Stories of Austro-Hungarian soldiers returning from war, of destitute miners and odes to the crisp bag.
Martina Mollo: Piano, vocals and arrangements.
Carlos Moratalla: Double bass and vocals
Adrián Jiménez: Drums
Víctor García: Tenor saxophone and vocals
Jaime Fernández: Trombone, guitar and vocals
Estefanía Alpresa: Voice
Djangolines

The guitarist Django Reinhardt was the protagonist of this style in France in the 1930s and the name of the group refers to this genius creator of the style.
It is also rumoured that it could refer to a new airline travelling to an idealised past where swing and good vibes reign.
Sergio Carmona: Viola and vocals
Perry van Munster and Antonio Gómez: Guitars
Philip Benson: Double bass
