To transfer your registration, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible (and always before January 10, 2026) to this email address [email protected]), stating the following information:
- Your name and surname
- The type of pass you want to transfer.
- Name, surname and email address of the person who will keep your pass.
To be taken into account during the festival:
- Dancing is a physical activity and as such, you have to be aware of some things: avoiding injuries and accidents is in your hands and is your responsibility. Be aware of the size and type of floor of the space where you dance, take care of yourself, your dance partner and the other people with whom you share the dance floor. Stretch, drink water, sleep, rest and eat.
- We all love the experience of enjoying dancing with someone who takes care of their hygiene; that’s why, during the activities and parties, you will have at your disposal toilets and facilities to change your clothes and freshen up, for your comfort and as a sign of respect to the rest of the participants.
- During the festival photos will be taken and video will be recorded. With your attendance you assume that the organisation reserves the right to use these images for the promotion of Costa del Swing Festival.
- And finally… don’t forget to enjoy the most and make the most of every moment of this weekend; listen carefully to the activities, encourage new people to dance, meet up with old friends, vibrate with the bands and clap after every song…. Get ready for an unforgettable festival! Thank you very much!
Choose the level that best suits you
To ensure everyone has the best experience at the festival, we ask that you sign up for the level that truly matches your experience. This is not about competing or proving anything, but about making sure that you and your fellow dancers learn, have fun, and grow together.
Signing up for a level that is too advanced for you might make you feel frustrated and, unintentionally, can also affect the group’s rhythm.
On the other hand, choosing the right level will allow you to solidify your technique, improve your connection, and truly enjoy the learning process.
Remember: reinforcing the basics is a sign of commitment to the dance, not a lack of skill. Even the best dancers return to the fundamentals again and again!
If you have any doubts, speak with the organizers. We’re here to help you find your perfect fit!
